Nichole Taylor is a California native and currently a resident of Riverside CA.
She is married to her wife and they have two amazing daughters between them.
She is a proud Navy Mom and enjoys spending time with their kids, two granddaughters and three fur babies at home.
Nichole Taylor is a bonded and insured LDA (OC601), Legal Document Assistant, registered in Orange County, California, allowing her to assist clients in the entire State of California.
She also has a current Real Estate Salesperson license with the California Department of Real Estate DRE # 02037825 in good standing since 2016.
Nichole is a California Notary Public and Certified Loan Document Signing Agent who is a member of the National Notary Association, she is also a member of the CALDA, the California Association of Legal Document Assistants.
Nichole is the proud founder and owner of My Legal Document Assistant formerly known as Escrow Signing Services with 20+ years of experience in Southern California real estate and escrow services.
